Duties and responsibilities.


  • Conducting site survey inspections for firewalls and networks, PABX and telephony systems, and CCTV and surveillance security systems, and discussing design requirements with clients.
  • Providing design sizing and measurements to clients
  • Specifying the equipment and configuration to be used in the project installation.
  • Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks, and additional equipment used in project solution deployment.
  • Boarding, calibrating, activating, and programming equipment used in project deployments.
  • testing equipment, diagnosing defects, and repairing them.
  • Completing installation documentation and following established solutions
  • Offer technical support for activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems.
  • Be able to recognize, research, isolate, resolve, and follow-up on problems.
  • Provide feedback that includes customer information and usage reports.
  • Must be able to solve problems, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, understand, and interpret technical terms.
