Duties and responsibilities


  • Responsible for the supervision of sales and operations in the store.
  • Training, supervising, and appraising staff; measuring staff performance
  • Monitoring of phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Manage properties belonging to the store.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of company policies, systems, and regulations in the store.
  • Lead and supervise the store personnel in all store activities. Plan, organize, and develop strategies to meet weekly and monthly goals.
  • Ensures that all store personnel provide excellent customer service. Monitors accurate inventory procedures and reports.
  • Preparing promotional materials and displays. Responsible for maintaining the overall image of the store. The merchandise must be sensibly displayed to catch the attention of customers immediately.
  • Along with sales associates, they are responsible for planning, managing profit and loss, handling cash at the store, collating daily sales, and generating other necessary reports.
  • Must ensure that the monthly sales quota is met.
