Duties and responsibilities
- Performs daily sales and operations functions in the store.
- Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.
- Welcomes customers, responds to queries; explains products and services the store provides.
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
- ensures the cleanliness of the store and orderliness of the products.
- checks or monitors daily the status of ordered products in the factory to avoid delays.
- performs other sales-related functions as necessary.
- Meet sales quotas—monthly, quarterly, and annually.
